Reagents for Molecular Biology

Molecular biology reagents are defined as much by what they lack as by what they contain. Because nucleases and proteases from a supplier's environment can silently destroy a sample, reagents for molecular biology are tested for the absence of DNase, RNase and protease activity in addition to chemical assay.
