HPLC, Spectroscopy Grade Solvents

HPLC and spectroscopy grades are defined by what the detector sees. For UV work the critical parameter is transmittance at low wavelengths, so solvents are specified by their UV cut-off and absorbance at stated wavelengths rather than assay alone. Molychem manufactures HPLC-grade acetonitrile, methanol gradient grade, water, THF, TFA, triethylamine, MTBE, hexane and MOLYSOL 'E'.
